Debbie A. Harper graduated from Western Illinois University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts. She obtained her juris doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 2011 and was admitted to the bar of the State of Illinois in November of 2011.
Currently, Harper Law is not accepting new clients. Debbie is instead focusing solely on Guardian ad litem work, advocating for children in the middle of difficult situations.
